Shipping Policy

Order Processing:
  • All orders are typically processed within 1 business days of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Orders placed after 3:00pm PST (UTC−07:00) on a business day may be processed the following business day.
Shipping Methods and Costs:

  • The shipping options available to you, the timeframe for delivery and the shipping cost will vary, depending upon your location
Shipping Destinations:
  • We currently ship to the US, Canada, EU, Australia, New Zealand and many other countries. 
  • For international orders, please note that customs duties and import taxes may apply, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
Tracking Your Order:
  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email allowing you to monitor its progress on the carrier's website.
Delivery Timeframes:
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your shipping location and the chosen shipping method.
Shipping Delays:
  • While we strive to fulfill orders promptly, occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances like weather events or carrier issues.
Damaged Items:
  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact customer service within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damage for assistance.
Important Considerations:
  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

International Orders & Import Duties

We ship to customers worldwide. For most international destinations, applicable duties, taxes, and import fees are calculated and collected at checkout so there are no surprise charges upon delivery.

However, for shipments to certain countries and territories, duties and import taxes cannot be collected at checkout. If your destination is listed below, you may be responsible for paying import duties, customs fees, or local taxes upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are outside of our control.
