Refund policy

At the Trauma Recovery Store, we offer a 30-day return policy on all eligible products. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the item is in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging. 

To initiate a return, please contact us at traumarecoverystore@gmail.com with your order details. Shipping costs associated with returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.
